Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ACI Money Transfer System (MTS) Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ACI MTS s ISO 20022 framework, comprising of MCAS, Inter systems communications, UPF, Control Center and core MTS with the underlying technology stack. The candidate must have had prior experience in deploying ACI MTS with respect to ISO 20022 compliance. As a candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring effective deployment, configuration, and maintenance of ACI MTS s solution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and enhance our financial services. Knowledge of CHIPS, FedWire and SWIFT CBPR+ is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
System Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of ACI Money Transfer System (MTS) ISO 20022 framework to meet the needs of our organization. Ensure systems are set up efficiently and align with organizational requirements.
Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ACI MTS, including troubleshooting issues, applying patches and upgrades, and ensuring system performance and reliability.
Integration: Manage the integration of ACI MTS with other systems and platforms within the organization. Ensure seamless data flow and functionality across systems.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
Training & Support: Train internal staff on the use of ACI MTS, and provide technical support and guidance as needed.
Compliance & Security: Ensure that the ACI MTS adheres to relevant compliance and security standards. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure ongoing compliance.
Optimization: Continuously evaluate system performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement enhancements to optimize system efficiency and effectiveness.
Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to ACI MTS, including upgrades, migrations, and new feature implementations. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Must Have Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. A master s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ACI Certified Professional) is a plus.
Experience:
Prior hands-on experience with end-to-end deployment, configuration, maintenance, and support of a payment processing system.
Must be thorough with the payments processing architecture for SWIFT CBPR+, CHIPS and FedWire.
Must have hands-on experience with ISO 20022 standards, with CHIPS and upcoming FedWire, due to go live in March 2025.
Must have at least one ACI MTS ISO 20022 framework with detailed working knowledge of each component, including but not limited to MCAS, ICE, Control Center, etc.
Must be able to deploy and test patches in ACI MTS in both Service Pack style and hot fixes.
Must have knowledge of data model for UPF. Knowledge of data model of core MTS is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in underlying technology stack for ACI MTS
Hands-on experience in Oracle 11g and above with various database objects & replication.
Knowledge of shell scripting is a must bash, ksh. Awk would be a plus.
Working knowledge of IBM MQ is a must.
Knowledge of XML and XSDs is a must.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
Project Management: Experience managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels and convey technical information clearly.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Nice to have Qualifications:
Working knowledge of interfacing applications to MTS Sanctions screening, Fraud detection engine, Payments Data Stores, Transaction Monitoring System, etc.
Data model of core MTS.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to money transfers and financial transactions.
Working knowledge of integration with Swift Alliance Access and Swift Alliance Gateway or any other Payment Gateway.
Understanding of multi-format messaging in SWIFT CBPR+
