Our client, a renowned regional healthcare provider, is seeking a contract IT Project Coordinator.

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid Remote)
Length of Assignment: 12+ months

Summary:
The IT Project Coordinator will partner with the IT Project Manager to gather IT requirements from the initial phase of the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) through the end of the Design phase. The role involves creating and maintaining detailed IT equipment requirements, managing procurement, and ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking of all IT equipment. The Coordinator will work closely with IT Project Managers on storage options and staging areas, and will continuously update project artifacts on the Project SharePoint site.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrate technical competence.
  • Minimum of three (3) years managing complex information technology infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Project Management Life Cycle (Initiate, Plan & Organize, Design [Schematic and Detail], Implement and Close) and related project artifacts.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with construction, including the ability to read blueprints and use tools like Bluebeam for markup.

Nice to Have Experience:

  • Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology support, implementation, or healthcare systems.
  • Familiarity with blueprints.

On Site / Remote Work:
Minimum 60/40 split with additional time onsite for information gathering, box walks, walk-throughs, implementation, go-live activities, and support.

Compensation:
Estimated compensation for this role is widely dependent upon candidates' skills and experience level and ranges from $30.00 to $60.00 per hour.
