Create sub TKT (sub task) for software entitlements and PC Tech

License Workbench, Entitlements, HAM/SAM

Good understanding ServiceNow (test)

Manage Ticket Queue

Aging Tasks

Aging Incidents

Re-assign tasks

Advocate of Employee Center/how to do things in ServiceNow and look for issues.

Process Control

Needs to be able to document processes and maintain records.

Document current processes of other areas (like inventory & Control, Purchasing, and inventory.

Add to ServiceNow knowledge

Create user guides, potential videos

Cross train others (PC Techs, DS, Intern Users)

Note taker

Visio experience or Mindjet

Vendor management

• Should understand basic Operating System fundamentals.
