. Job Description:

  • Provide technical support for PC users, including problem-solving and documentation
  • Develop solutions for user issues to maintain productivity.
  • Enhance support methods and communication through feedback and training.
  • Assist with resolving user issues and knowledge distribution across sites.
  • Respond to and resolve support requests via phone, email, and callbacks.
  • Escalate complex issues as needed and stay current with product and policy knowledge.
  • Document service incidents, projects, and installations accurately.
  • Install and maintain desktop hardware and software, and train end-users.
  • Complete special projects and tasks as directed by management.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced troubleshooting skills in a high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, HTTP, TCP/IP).
  • Experience with Microsoft OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in resolving browser issues and network connectivity problems.
  • Experience with data cabling, network printers, anti-virus software, and mobile devices.
  • Strong skills in PC repair, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Windows Desktop, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, Microsoft Office, and Help Desk systems.
  • Experience with tablet devices, MAC OS X, and handheld devices.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience (consulting preferred).
