Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Customer Service Technician to work for us as our direct, W2 salaried or hourly employee. You will:

  • Assist customers with resolving technical issues with their service or equipment.
  • Respond to customer technical service requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and report the resolution of these issues back to management.
  • Liaison with the customer on behalf of the company with a friendly and professional attitude.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Have prior customer service work experience, a technical degree, or certifications related to the field.
  • Knowledge or familiarity with computers, installing and testing equipment, and trouble-shooting issues.
  • Proven Experience working with Ticketing Systems like ServiceNow.
  • Able to resolve issues and conflicts with customers efficiently.
  • Experience working with various software systems and troubleshooting end-user s equipment.
  • Experience remoting into end-user s machines to perform troubleshooting
  • Have good communications skills, be able to problem-solve and working independently and collaboratively to help customers with problems or questions they may have.
