Job Description:

We are seeking an Interpretive/Emerging Technologies Solutions Architect to work for us as our direct W2 employee. You will work for our client in a potential long-term contract is responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing new and emerging technologies within an organization. This role involves:

• Technology evaluation: Researching and assessing cutting-edge technologies to determine their potential benefits and relevance to the organization.
• System design: Creating detailed architectural plans for integrating new technologies into existing systems and infrastructure.
• Implementation: Overseeing the deployment of new technologies, ensuring they are integrated smoothly and effectively into the organization s operations.
• Collaboration: Working closely with stakeholders, including technical teams and business leaders, to ensure that technology solutions meet organizational needs and goals.
• Problem-solving: Addressing and resolving technical challenges that arise during the implementation and integration of new technologies.
• Documentation and communication: Documenting technical processes and communicating complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Continuous improvement: Staying up-to-date with technological advancements and recommending improvements or upgrades to enhance system performance and efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Technical expertise: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including software, hardware, and networking. Familiarity with technologies like AI, IoT, AR/VR, and blockchain.
• Systems integration: Ability to design and implement systems that integrate various technologies and platforms seamlessly. This includes understanding how different technologies can work together effectively.
• Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to identify issues, analyze complex systems, and develop innovative solutions.
• Project management: Skills in managing projects from conception through implementation. This includes planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and document solutions clearly.
• Collaboration: Ability to work well with diverse teams, including developers, engineers, and business leaders, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Design and architecture: Proficiency in designing technology solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements. This includes understanding architectural frameworks and methodologies.
• Research and development: Skills in researching new technologies and assessing their potential impact or value to the organization. Staying current with industry trends and advancements is essential.
• User Experience (UX) design: Understanding of UX principles to ensure that the technology solutions are user-friendly and meet the needs of end-users.
• Security and compliance: Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and regulatory compliance to ensure that technology solutions are secure and adhere to relevant standards and laws.
