NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Program Manager to join our team remotely in Louisville, KY.
Job Description:
This request is for an Audit Professional with Project Coordinator skills. The selected individual must have a background in assessing controls to SOC-2 Trust Principles and associated requirements, with a specific focus in the Privacy Trust Principle.
The individual must have deep experience in control discovery, consulting, and guiding control owners with the development of controls and establishing control monitoring processes to prepare an organization for audit readiness within a complex process and federated organization.
This individual must be able to take ambiguous workflows and ownership, identify key risks and required controls. Perform design assessment of the controls, identify key insights into the controls (or lack of controls) and independently deliver documented controls that are ready to be integrated into the GRC platform and ready to be audited by internal and external assessors. This role will report to the Associate Director of IT Compliance.
This contractor will take lead over this project and needs to hit the ground running with little guidance. The goal of this project is to help position our business partners to be successful when our external auditor tests new controls for new requirements being added to our SOC 2. The contractor should have significant control consulting, discovery, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- SOC2 Privacy Trust Principals
- Design Assessment of Control Processes
- GRC
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of technical experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Six Sigma Certification
