V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Business Analyst 3 for our premier client in Richmond, Virginia.

WHAT YOULL NEED:
Technical Requirements and Certifications

• Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe certifications.

Education and Experience

• Election experience strongly preferred: 4 Years.
• Proven working experience as a business systems analyst for medium to large projects: 5 Years.
• Able to communicate and collaborate with agile delivery teams and other technical staff, business partners and vendors.: 5 Years.
• Able to accurately define and capture project requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.: 5 Years.
• Able to write UAT test scripts from use cases and proficient in UAT testing.: 5 Years.
• Able to identify and document project risks and actions to mitigate risks.: 5 Years.
• Able to track requirements throughout lifecycle of SDLC cycle: 5 Years.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, ADO, JIRA and Confluence: 5 Years.
• Analytical and able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems: 5 Years.
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal direct supervision: 5 Years.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills: 5 Years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: 5 Years.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills: 5 Years.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Must be proficient in Agile practices of story writing and requirements gathering.
• Able to deliver written project deliverables and communicate to stakeholders at all levels.
