Technical Producer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Technical Producer in Redmond, WA. Our client is a cutting-edge provider of world class software, solutions, and services. Their best-in-class advancements in cloud, mobile, machine learning, and AI are changing the way people go about their lives.

Responsibilities:
* Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements
* Document business requirements and create user stories
* Prioritize the product backlog and work with Technical Product Management and partners to align on trade-offs and disclosures
* Ensure the backlog is ready for the next sprint
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team
* Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders
* Facilitate sprint planning meetings, ensuring that the team commits to a realistic amount of work
* Lead daily standup meetings to track progress and identify any blockers
* Plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy
* Coach and mentor the development team on Agile practices and principles
* Continuously look for ways to improve the team's processes and practices
* Identify and manage risks that could impact the team's ability to deliver
* Work with the team proactively to address any changes or risks
* Work closely with the Technical Product Manager to "figure it out" and dive right into the unknowns
* Plan alongside the Technical Product Manager and have the soft skills to learn the product development life cycle and be a collaborative partner
* Lead the accessibility effort for our site, ensuring compliance with a11y best practices
* Collaborate with accessibility teams to achieve and maintain our accessibility grade targets

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as a Technical Producer, Technical Project Manager, or Program Manager
* Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work in ambiguous environments and adapt to changing priorities
* Experience with tools such as ADO and Workfront
* Technical background and understanding of product development processes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
