Essential Functions
- Uses fixtures, machines, presses, and tools to assemble parts according to prints and router including, electronic components, gears, wound coils, terminals, and switches
- Routing wires, cutting, and soldering wires to connect electrical units using hand tools and various soldering techniques
- Inspect and test wire assemblies using, ohmmeter, or resistance tester to test connections for resistance, shorts, and grounds
- Adjusts contacts, stakes units, adjusts springs, and shafts to meet specifications
- Maintain production report, while tracking and identifying component status
- Detail painting and/or engraving of parts as needed.
- Performs other related duties and special projects as required and assigned by the Department Manager
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Assist with systems based on Lean principles and practices to meet or exceed the requirements of the established QMS and all other standards required to serve our target markets
- Knowledge of the Quality Management System policies, goals, and objectives after training

- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of work experience within a manufacturing setting servicing electronics component, industrial, and aerospace markets.
