Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, particularly in a food manufacturing or similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, including equipment troubleshooting and repair.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to food safety and manufacturing standards.
  • Strong communication skills in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive organizational culture change.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in dairy manufacturing or a similar food production environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Experience with World-Class Manufacturing principles.
  • Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Experience in preparing and managing budgets for maintenance operations.
