Accounts Payable Specialist

We are in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Santa Barbara, California. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for managing and processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer records, and interacting with vendors. Responsibilities

• Efficiently process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy at all times.
• Maintain, update, and manage customer credit records, adhering to the company's data management policies.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
• Regularly monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Use accounting software systems effectively to carry out tasks and responsibilities.
• Communicate with vendors on the phone, establishing and maintaining professional relationships.
• Use ADP - Financial Services and Concur for various accounting functions.
• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for managing business processes.
• Handle account coding tasks, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
• Process payable invoices in a timely manner, ensuring all payments are made according to schedule.
