• Overall 10+ years experience in implementing D365 applications
• Well versed with the overall technical architecture in D365 and Architecting large complex solutions using the Microsoft stack.
• Hands-on experience working with D365 Customer Service module
• Experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform
• Experience in implementing sales and service processes in D365
• Extensive knowledge in architecting, designing, implementing, upgrading and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development specifically in technologies, including customization and configuration, C#, ASP.NET, Javascript, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Azure Functions Logic Apps, PowerApps and Flow etc.
• Strong hands-on experience with D365 CRM integrations (.Net/C#/etc.)
• Must have hands-on experience on Power Platform - power portal, power pages, power apps, power automate
• Experience working with Azure services
• Strong experience in data migration/integration using - SSIS, PowerQuery, KingsWaySoft etc
• Experience of functional and technical design documentation for deploying Dynamics CRM solutions
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution
• Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in interfacing with stakeholders at all levels
• Understanding of common Industry standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 CE.
• Experience in Configuration and Customization of Dynamics 365 CE (Plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions), Web API and SSIS.
• DevOps with Dynamics 365 CE.
