We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to oversee office administration and support business development activities. This role is essential for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations while contributing to the company s growth by assisting with sales, marketing, and business development efforts, including proposal creation, RFPs, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:

  1. Assist in preparing and submitting proposals and RFPs, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
  2. Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and support proposal development.
  3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create presentation materials, sales collateral, and proposals.
  4. Maintain and update the CRM system, tracking leads, contacts, and proposal statuses.
  5. Participate in sales meetings and brainstorming sessions, offering fresh insights for growth strategies.
  6. Track proposal submissions, follow up with potential clients, and report on outcomes.

Office Administration:

  • Manage general office operations, including HR coordination and partner relationships.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Support new employee onboarding and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Oversee office budgets and track expenses, ensuring they align with financial plans.
  • Coordinate contracts and services with external vendors.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management and travel arrangements.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or a related degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a similar field.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
