JOB TITLE: Senior SAP MM/P2P Business Analyst
Objective: We are actively searching for a Senior SAP MM/P2P Business Systems Analyst, someone who not only excels in the technicalities of Procure to Pay business processes in all enterprise systems but also shines in presentation skills. This role demands a deep understanding of integrated business processes, including Order to Cash and Record to Report, and their influential impact on the Procure to Pay landscape. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of expertise, enthusiasm, and the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to a diverse audience.
Responsibilities:
Confers with customers and team members to determine requirements; designs business application systems that address and solve corporate business needs; utilizes business and systems knowledge to best meet customer and organizational needs
Manages and maintains controls and procedures, ensuring that assigned IT areas are performing significant tasks on schedule and within expense parameters
Acts as coordinator, as requested, for Enterprise-Wide priorities; identifies and analyzes issues, devises solutions through cross-functional teamwork and determines corrective action, clearly communicating to stakeholders throughout
Assesses requirements and works directly with business users and also with external AMS providers to assigns priorities and resolution targets
Accountable for change management standards and procedures
Consistently monitor and respond to tickets and service requests to ensure alignment with agreed SLA s.
Interfaces with all levels of management to develop requirements and obtain approval system enhancements/modifications.
Assists IT Management in the formulation and execution of complex objectives to meet short and long-term company strategic goals
Estimates work effort (resources, timeline, cost) for multiple projects across teams/areas of expertise
Continues development of technical and business proficiency through self-directed education, project assignments and interfacing with representatives of vendors and suppliers; participates in local/regional/national influence groups
Interacts in a cross-team capacity to meet customer and organizational needs
Performs other duties as required/assigned by Manager
Relationships: This position works closely with the other IT Business Analysts, and other IT staff supporting functional process across the procurement and supply chain domain within the Americas. Competencies:
Understanding of shifting priorities and deadlines; demonstrated ability to manage change and complete deliverables within assigned timeline. Excellent analytical, problem solving, priority setting, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to operate independently, as part of a team, and including workload management and task delegation.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with key business stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels of the organization, including presenting to business and IT leadership.
Ability to perform effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated expertise of Procure to Pay business processes is required, along with experience with integrated business processes, such as Order to Cash and Record to Report, and their impact on the Procure to Pay processes.
Apparel and Footwear Industry experience preferred
6 or more years of experience in SAP MM and/or LE, with advanced knowledge of integration points to related modules such as SD & FI.
Experience with SAP AFS, SAP Retail or S/4 Fashion preferred
Experience with supporting planning systems is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership within the software development lifecycle process, including requirements gathering, design, functional configuration, testing and support on medium to large efforts/projects.
Experience should include 3-4 full SAP full lifecycle implementations or equivalent project experience.
