Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Selenium Automation Tester with 7+ years of experience in automation testing and proficiency in MS SQL. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a .NET environment and be capable of leading testing efforts to ensure the quality and stability of software applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Selenium, and for integrating SQL queries to validate backend operations.

This role requires a candidate who is eligible for a public trust clearance, which necessitates 3+ years of residence in the USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium in a .NET environment.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to define test scenarios and strategies.
  • Execute test plans and analyze test results to ensure functionality and quality.
  • Perform backend validation using SQL queries to ensure data integrity.
  • Track, report, and prioritize defects, working closely with developers for resolution.
  • Provide detailed documentation of test cases, execution results, and system logs.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and test automation framework improvements.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Selenium automation testing.
  • Proficiency in writing automation scripts for web applications in a .NET environment.
  • Mid-level proficiency in MS SQL for backend data validation and queries.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as NUnit or similar.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have resided in the USA for the past 3 years for public trust clearance.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with API testing (Postman, SoapUI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of healthcare domain standards or experience with government agencies.
