Our client, an investment management firm based in New York, NY, is seeking Technology Support Analyst to join their growing firm. The group provides a wide range of technology support to both In-office and remote users as well as the array of applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues (laptop hardware, software maintenance, user account administration), managing mobile devices as well as assisting with migrating the firm’s technology infrastructure to the cloud. Candidates must have at least four years of experience in a similar support function and extensive experience with Office 365, workflow tools and portal.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years related experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
- Support level familiarity with Windows 11.
- Familiarity with SSO and Identity Management
