Accounts Receivable Regional Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Regional Specialist applies basic principles of accounting to perform a variety of accounting activities to include but not limited to setting up new and maintaining existing customer receivable accounts, portal submissions, collections, branch support, and customer support.

As An Accounts Receivable Regional Specialist You Will

• Set up new customer receivable accounts.
• Evaluate customer credit limits and payment terms.
• Submit daily invoices through portals for customer payment processing.
• Communicates with customers, branch operations and team members to answer questions and resolve any payment issues.
• Monitors accounts receivables support email account and researches and responds to inquiries.
• Reviews account activity and provides reports to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Basic proficiency with various computerized accounting systems.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office to include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP.
• Basic knowledge of SX.e system.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to process transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to manage time, handle multiple activities/projects and meet tight deadlines with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively and professionally interact with teammates and customers.
• Ability to research, analyze and solve basic problems, with the ability to implement resolutions.
• Ability to attentively listen and effectively communicate in oral and written format.
• Some college coursework in accounting, business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting office experience to include accounts receivable experience.
