A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join their growing team starting on a contract basis on a hybrid schedule (2 days/wk) in the Wilmington, MA area. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's total rewards team . You will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of progressive compensation experience along with benefits and leave administration experience
- CCP preferred
- Knowledge in global compensation: principles, policies, regulations, trends
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- GAAP knowledge, CPA preferred
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
