  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Director of Quality is responsible for driving a quality culture in an Aerospace organization and ensuring compliance to customer and industry requirements. This position is the primary contact with customers on quality related topics, as well as the voice of quality within the Company.

Scope of Responsibilities:

The Director of Quality is accountable for establishing and executing plan to achieve Company Quality Metrics (Zero Nonconforming Product, First Pass Yield, Scrap % Sales, Final Product Rejections)

The Director of Quality will manage personnel in the following;

  • Manage team of Quality Inspectors and Quality Engineer(s)
  • Ensuring shipped products meets all customer requirements
  • Completion of First Article Inspection
  • Maintenance of KPC compliance

The Director of Quality will be responsible for daily tasks including;

  • Being the Customer Interface including new initiatives and investigations
  • Working on Quality continuous improvement projects
  • Asking deeper questions to ensure root cause – Mistake Proofing
  • Supporting compliance of special processes
  • Meeting customer and industry compliance
