Legal Compliance Manager

This role requires a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, capable of supporting the CEO and executive team effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the companies’ compliance platform to ensure up-to-date Terms and Conditions and privacy policies.
• Ensure all contracts and agreements are adhered to, facilitating clear communication between management and relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee and maintain Vendor Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
• Understand and maintain state-specific regulations, updating policies accordingly to ensure compliance across all operating regions.
• Maintain and manage the vendor and service provider portal to ensure seamless interactions and updated records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an executive support role with a strong focus on compliance and regulatory policies.
• Extensive experience with compliance management and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with task management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
