Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the companies’ compliance platform to ensure up-to-date Terms and Conditions and privacy policies.
  • Ensure all contracts and agreements are adhered to, facilitating clear communication between management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee and maintain Vendor Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
  • Understand and maintain state-specific regulations, updating policies accordingly to ensure compliance across all operating regions.
  • Maintain and manage the vendor and service provider portal to ensure seamless interactions and updated records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an executive support role with a strong focus on compliance and regulatory policies.
  • Extensive experience with compliance management and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with task management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).

Skills

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Super organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.

Additional Qualifications

  • Legal knowledge is a plus, with an emphasis on compliance and regulatory policies.
