  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a remote or hybrid role for an Intellectual Property Attorney at Brando. The role involves tasks such as handling patent applications, trademark applications, and other intellectual property issues.

Qualifications

  • Patent Applications and Patent Preparation skills
  • Knowledge of Patent Law and Intellectual Property
  • Good understanding of copyright, open source, and IP licensing.
  • Experience in handling Trademarks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Admission a state bar or recent grad who has taken the uniform bar exam and is waiting for results.
  • Previous experience in IP law or related field
