Client Success Manager

Location: Remote in US or Canada

As a Client Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, ensuring their success, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for onboarding clients, providing ongoing support, as well as executing and optimizing influencer marketing campaigns to exceed client goals. You are experienced in eCommerce marketing, helping your clients win online, across several marketplaces including but not limited to Amazon, Target and Walmart. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture market opportunities and drive platform innovation.

What You’ll Do

Manage client onboardings and assist clients in basic implementation and usage of campaign dashboard

Act as a consultant and advisor to clients, addressing their business goals/needs and providing ongoing support in order to deliver success

Manage 30+ eCommerce campaigns for SMB, Enterprise and/or Agency clients

Oversee execution and optimization of campaigns to exceed the clients’ goals

Provide ongoing communication via email touchpoints and status calls and regularly evaluate satisfaction

Pursue solutions for managed clients including eCommerce best practices and strategic recommendations

Communicate the success and performance of assigned accounts and campaigns, both internally and externally

Work to drive client retention and identify business growth opportunities

Partner with the Operations, Sales and Product teams to capture market opportunity, drive campaign success and platform innovation

Position Requirements

3+ years of experience in client success and/or account management

Hands-on experience in eCommerce, preferably managing product listings or campaigns on Amazon and/or other marketplaces including but not limited to Target and Walmart

Deep knowledge of Amazon with eCommerce advertising background in SEO and/or Paid Search preferred

Familiar with influencer marketing and advertising

Experience building, managing and growing enterprise business relationships

Proactive self-starter with an ability to thrive in a fast pace environment

Energized by detecting and solving problems, and finding opportunities that delight customers and drive successful outcomes

Phenomenal communication skills and organized in project management

Methodical, with excellent time management skills

Ability to perform detailed client audits to identify and monitor business health and workflow gaps

Agile, ability to adapt quickly to changes and new strategies

Open to occasional travel
