PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Our Personal Assistant will provide high-quality project and personal support in a business environment to ST6 Partners, LLC, a well-organized group of software specialists, headquartered in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is results-driven, highly organized, detail focused, and has a high level of integrity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Personal Assistant will provide high-quality project and personal support in a business environment to ST6 Partners, LLC, a well-organized group of software specialists, headquartered in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is results-driven, highly organized, detail focused, and has a high level of integrity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out a variety of personal requests, tasks and errands that vary daily
- Organize and restock office, property and personal supplies; including ordering groceries and snacks
- Schedule personal appointments
- Meal planning and coordination for all daily lunch and dinner orders
- Family support and assistance with travel, appointments, errands, etc.
- Pet care for two small dogs, including appointments and daily walks– must love dogs
- Interact with third party vendors, including placing orders and facilitating deliveries
- Coordinate and assist with special events or dinners, after hours
- Willingness to travel to various homes and locations, providing personal support as needed
- Assist other support staff as needed

- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently while adapting to a dynamic environment

- Work proactively and demonstrate creative problem solving and resourcefulness

- Bring a winning attitude to the role
- You have at least one to two years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role (highly preferred)
- You have a valid Texas Driver's License with a clear driving record
- Flexible scheduling with availability to work overtime and weekends as needed with a 24/7 mentality
- Able to pass an extensive background check, including criminal and credit checks
- Primary work location is Austin TX with ability for occasional travel
