Job Description
The Engineering Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the engineering leadership teams. In this role, you will support the development of publications for new and existing technical specifications, reports, manuals, presentations, procedures, and other documents in support of new commercial nuclear reactor projects. You will plan, run, and close out follow-up actions for different engineering meetings, work in our collaboration tools, and develop ways to streamline the way teams work. Additionally, you will coordinate with and act as a liaison between the client engineering teams and our internal and external engineering partners.

Job Description
The Engineering Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the engineering leadership teams. In this role, you will support the development of publications for new and existing technical specifications, reports, manuals, presentations, procedures, and other documents in support of new commercial nuclear reactor projects. You will plan, run, and close out follow-up actions for different engineering meetings, work in our collaboration tools, and develop ways to streamline the way teams work. Additionally, you will coordinate with and act as a liaison between the client engineering teams and our internal and external engineering partners.
As the Engineering Project Coordinator, you will:
- Report to the Engineering Program Manager and support Engineering Managers and Project Engineers
- Be accountable for on-time delivery of products and support
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with engineering managers, project engineers, and other stakeholders
- Interface with external parties as required on technical issues
- Plan, organize, and coordinate technical activities/tasks in support of engineering deliverables
- Support commercial and marketing opportunities to develop new business opportunities
- Protect the Intellectual Property rights of client
- Support client initiatives, process improvement, and simplification
- Support client Nuclear Energy quality requirements
- Ensure adherence to clients standards for nuclear safety and compliance
- Streamline, integrate, and develop team technical information sharing processes across client and our external partners to better support business through the application of Lean principles
