Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our exhibitions to manufacturers across India, building relationships, and driving sales. This position requires the ability to travel both domestically and internationally, so a valid passport is necessary. Additionally, the Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting our events to relevant unions, associations, and chambers of commerce, as they often purchase space for their members in exhibitions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential Indian manufacturers for our exhibitions.
  • Promote and sell exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, unions, associations, and chambers of commerce.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our exhibitions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to the management team.
  • Travel abroad to attend events and meet clients as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the exhibition, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; must have a valid passport.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: 25,000 - 40,000 per month (approximately $300 - $500 USD)
  • 3% commission on sales
