Software Asset Manager
Seeking a Software Asset Manager to support related business processes with Corporate IT Procurement. The right candidate will be able to work independently and function effectively as part of a team. The individual should have strong organization skills and an eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Monitor, track, and support all licenses and maintenance agreements for deployment compliance on all networks
Receive, control, issue, and perform configuration management duties for all controlled software and associated documentation
Document all software license details to include type of software, version, number of licenses authorized and in use, procurement and costing data, software expiration date, customer POCs, etc.
Interface with software vendors to facilitate account establishment, software downloads, key generation, quote requests, and software activation troubleshooting
Desired Qualifications:
Associates degree; however, experience can be substituted for the degree.
Experience relating to software asset management, management of enterprise licensing to include execution, agreements, licensing, and user software interaction across large scale IT domains
Experience in the IC Community
