Description
We are looking for a System Analyst to join our team based in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be a key player in providing technical support for several applications utilized by the Legal and Compliance team. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between end users, the development team, and the management team
Provide high-quality user support for all in-house built applications, including analyzing support issues and new enhancements
Develop solutions that adhere to best practices and collaborate with development resources for complex and large issues
Maintain timely communication with end users throughout the resolution process
Serve as a Project Manager on mid to large projects, coordinating all phases of the System Development Life Cycle activities of the team
Work with end users to gather requirements for new applications or new features to existing applications, conduct testing and monitor production implementation
Collaborate with the Managed Services team to manage all open inquiries from inception to delivery
Create communications and user guides to facilitate understanding and adoption of new and existing applications and features
Conduct live and/or recorded training sessions for users as needed
Facilitate project team meetings, including agendas, meeting minutes, and action items
Create and maintain completed projects and system-related documentation in a well-organized process
Additionally, create and maintain documentation on day-to-day support, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes
Undertake additional related support and maintenance responsibilities as needed
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience in technical support and workstation support
Strong analytical skills with a focus on quality and compliance
Solid understanding of project management principles
Proficient in using 'About Time' software
Ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions
Experience in the production environment
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams
Knowledge and application of best practices in the field
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time
Experience in onsite support and system enhancements
Familiarity with MIS (Management Information Systems)
Ability to serve as a liaison between different teams and stakeholders
Experience in conducting and participating in training sessions
Demonstrated skills in documentation and report writing.
