As an associate manager of recruitment marketing, you'll be one of three leaders on the Talent Marketing team. The team's made up of a manager, two associate managers, and recruitment marketing specialists who create and market content, all with the objective of driving applications and hires to Progressive. This role is for the leader of the media and communications workstream within the team , so you'll work closely with the content associate manager to get the content their team creates out into the world . Additionally, you'll lead recruitment marketing specialists in lower-funnel recruitment marketing and candidate communications such as workplace awards, public relations (PR), social media, organic and paid search, programmatic advertising, email, SMS, and chatbots. You'll also collaborate with internal customers and external vendors and influence business partners at all levels. In addition to leadership, you'll take on independent projects.

This is a remote position.

Must-have qualifications
  • A minimum of seven years of marketing/communications and/or employment brand experience, with a minimum of one of those years leading people, process, projects, or cross-functional teams
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of four years of marketing/communications and/or employment brand experience with a minimum of one of those years leading people, process, projects, or cross-functional teams

Preferred skills
  • Experience in recruitment marketing and/or ability to market to different audiences , either in an agency or in-house setting
  • Ability to lead through others in various se t tings, including projects, team environments, or across departments
  • Demonstrated experience using data to influence and make decisions
  • Self-motivation toward continuous improvement and excellence both as an individual and in a team environment, demonstrated in outcomes such as increased productivity and innovative ideas

Compensation
  • $93,200 - $124,300/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
