Role Summary:
We are actively searching for a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our Salesforce platform to enhance our sales and customer service operations. The role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and a strong vision to continuously improve the platform's functionality in alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of Salesforce projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Manage and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog.
- Ensure the Salesforce platform evolves through continuous improvement and stays current with Salesforce releases.
- Monitor the performance and functionality of Salesforce implementations, ensuring they adhere to company policies and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results that drive business value.

Work Environment: This role is operating within a hybrid model structure that necessitates 3 days of onsite presence within our Phoenix, AZ office.
