- Collect, monitor, and retain documentation for each biweekly payroll in accordance with federal and state guidelines, and maintain confidentiality of these files
- Oversee time-keeping functionality and process adjustments, if any, to employee reported hours
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission
- Work cross-functionally with regional managers to maintain payroll procedures and ensure accuracy of time-keeping
- Assist in preparation of the month-end accrued payroll expense
- Process all properly documented and approved requests for changes in pay rates
- Process off-cycle payroll requests as necessary
- Work closely with HR to ensure deductions for benefits are being accurately recorded and processed
- Update and maintain HRIS with all relevant payroll information
- Assist with other projects as needed
- Minimum 5 years of experience with current Workday Payroll
- Experience with multi-site operations
- Some Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in a high growth (primarily acquisition) environment is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience with ADP smart compliance, payroll taxes, and garnishments
- CPP certification
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
