Job Title: Graphic Designer
Duration: 3-month contract (possible extension)
Location: Portland, OR (hybrid)
Pay Range: $47.10 $50.32 per hour

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating materials that effectively convey complex topics through clear and visually compelling designs. The role involves working on various corporate assets, including company reports, presentations, infographics, and templates, while maintaining consistent brand standards. The Graphic Designer collaborates with internal teams, including writers, photographers, and videographers, to ensure all designs align with the creative vision and project goals.

Position Responsibilities
  • Develop creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
  • Create corporate reports, presentations, and materials that meet brand guidelines and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project objectives and creative direction.
  • Ensure all visual content is simple, incisive, and on-brand, regardless of complexity.
  • Maintain knowledge of creative trends and apply them to projects as appropriate.
  • Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors on various assignments and project needs.

Position Requirements
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Working knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Experience developing corporate reports, infographics, and presentations.
  • Ability to absorb complex topics and translate them into clear, visually effective designs.
  • Strong self-starter, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience, or BA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
  • Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Creatopy, Ceros, Canva; proficiency in Spanish.
