  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Principal Engineer Software Development Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Solve complex technical challenges by applying your expertise in Node.js, AWS or other cloud platforms, Postgres SQL, Snowflake, React, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to define and implement valuable, customer-driven features.
  • Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives, coordinating with product and business stakeholders to ensure successful releases.
  • Champion engineering best practices and maintain high-quality code across projects.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering continuous learning and growth within the team.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and design reviews, helping shape the future of our technical infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in full-stack software development, with proven leadership in engineering teams, ideally with remote or offshore collaboration.
  • Deep expertise with Postgres SQL databases, including schema design, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Extensive experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and the Node.js ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and experience with containerization tools like AWS EKS or Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver solutions as a lead engineer while collaborating effectively with peers.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with product, business, and design teams.
  • Experience mentoring and guiding the professional development of engineering teams, including remote or offshore members.
