EHR Implementation Project Manager - NYC

• They are considering hiring an IT Project Manager/Business Analyst contractor to lead this initiative. This person would be hands-on, embedded within the clinical team to ensure smooth EHR implementation.
• Location: Hybrid onsite in NYC
• Required: Excellent communication skills
• Target completion: April to June 2025 (6+ Months contract)

Responsibilities:

• Drive vendor selection process and facilitate demos.
• Evaluate technical system capabilities, representing CCA's needs.
• Project manage the implementation and coordinate with the vendor.
• Track progress, address risks, and hold team members accountable.
• Act as Business Analyst during implementation and system design.
• Lead user acceptance testing and ensure successful system delivery.
• Plan and oversee user training.

Potential Additional Responsibilities (Optional):

• Review vendor security and disaster recovery documentation.
• Assist in contract negotiations.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience implementing EHR systems.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong business analysis skills.
• Adaptable to small non-profit environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with EHR systems for behavioral health providers.
