  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Primary Skills/Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Information Technology supporting and troubleshooting computers, printers, servers, and network issues in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VPN, DHCP, AD, DNS, WINS, and FTP.
  • Familiar with IT infrastructure architecture and Windows 10 desktop implementation and support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Office 365 services.
  • Ability to provide effective desktop support and network troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Good time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily desktop support in a complex, distributed computing environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to PC, MAC, software, hardware, and network services.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve IT systems.
  • Manage, maintain, and support Windows 10 desktops and Office 365 services.
  • Work on system restoration tasks, project efforts, and basic network support.
  • Ensure the accuracy of documentation and timely resolution of support tickets.
  • Available to work in a 24/7 shift environment, covering 2nd or 3rd shifts as needed.

Shift Timings:

  • 2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM 3:00 AM
  • 3rd Shift: Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday & Sunday 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Monday 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
