Job Description:

  • With 8-10 years of Call Center Analytics experience.
  • Hands-on experience to build custom analytical models for structured call metadata.
  • Experience in building custom models on Python and render visualizations on PowerBI or equivalent (basic ones).
  • Strong experience on Call Center Analytics.
