Firm on the following qualifications:

Highly preferred Bachelor s degree or above, majored in computer science, information technology, or related area.

2+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or SAP SD module.

Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel.

Strong Project Management skills.

A history of solving hard problems with creative solutions.

Able to explain technical concepts to teammates and non-technical colleagues.

Ability to work multi-functionally across different organizations and geographical locations.

Responsibilities:

Promptly learn and understand the system solutions, business processes, issues, and data challenges of Field Service.

Support business stakeholders and end users for SAP, CRM, and other satellite systems within Field Service.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues from relevant applications.

Prepare materials, documentation, and wikis for Business Systems processes and procedures for End Users.

Closely collaborate with end users and assess and identify best practices, innovation opportunities and process improvement solutions.

Communicate action needed from Field Service users, as needed.

Contribute and drive system improvements.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and drive system improvements.

Lead testing efforts of new software releases and enhancement implementation from the end user perspective, working with developers and end users to ensure that business requirements are fulfilled.

Identify issues, track and manage them, and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner.

Provide business requirements and coordinate with vendors on enhancement requests.

Review and provide feedback on proposed solutions functional design documents, business process flows, and other relevant documentations from vendors.

Create and deliver informative and well-organized presentations for business stakeholders, as needed.

Perform project management, planning and software implementation support activities in system application development, enhancements, implementation, upgrades.

Communicate with HQ counterparts for alignment on solutions and business processes.
