Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Website Analytics Specialist to join our Client s Home Loans Division, specifically dedicated to providing analytics support to our public website team. This role is crucial in driving data-driven decision-making across our digital properties, ensuring that our website meets performance goals and delivers a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics Support for the Public Website
Provide in-depth analytics and insights to optimize website performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion metrics using Adobe Analytics.
Collaborate closely with the public website Product Owner to ensure data accuracy and derive actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports in Adobe Analytics and Tableau to visualize key metrics and trends for stakeholders.
Support for the Digital Team
Provide analytics support for the broader digital marketing team, ensuring alignment between website performance and digital campaign outcomes.
Analyze data from various channels to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and inform optimizations.
Technical Expertise
Utilize Adobe Suite tools, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Target, to create audiences, set up tagging, and conduct audience analysis.
Implement and manage 1st and 3rd party tags within Adobe Launch, ensuring accurate data collection and compliance with privacy standards.
Query and merge Adobe Clickstream data with Tableau for analysis and reporting.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with the development, product owner, and content manager to provide insights on user behaviour and recommend changes to improve user experience and site performance.
Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
Hands-on experience with website analytics in a high-traffic, customer-facing environment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product owners.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in SQL and Python for querying and analyzing large datasets.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Target.
Experience with Tableau and MS Excel for data visualization and reporting.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with financial services, particularly in the context of home loans and mortgage products.
Understanding of compliance and privacy considerations in data collection and analytics, particularly in a financial services environment.
