- Role can be Remote, should be able to work EST work hours
- Doesn't require a Bachelor's degree, but must have at least a high school diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Should have a Learning & Development or Communication Change Management background
- Will be creating brochures, social media content, other resources, participate in podcast Q&A sessions
- Will be responsible for posting about programs they have open
- Must have experience with SharePoint
- Also have experience with Adobe, Canva, and/or Veeva
- AI experience is very helpful
- Will assist with updating information as well as creating

- Strong marketing or branding experience
- Strong SharePoint experience
Work Experience: Generally Requires 2-4 Years Work Experience

General Summary: Responsible for providing administrative assistance to department and coordinating communications activities.
Duties & Responsibilities: Creates and updates content and templates for current and new electronic communications. Reviews email bulletins, publishes updates as directed. Prepares, edits, maintains and files various documents. Distributes documents as directed. Schedules meetings and maintains meeting calendars. Coordinates and updates the corporate events and fundraising calendars. Routes inquiries and issues to appropriate department personnel. Develops media lists, monitors news coverage and assists with press releases and media outreach activities. Creates and maintains databases containing various information regarding communications documentation and files.
