Business Analyst - Asset Management Location: Burlington, MA (or near one of the following: Belton, TX, Knoxville, TN, Wausau, WI, Troy, AL, or Lebanon, VA)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our client's team. This initiative focuses on creating a centralized system to manage all assets within the organization, ensuring efficient governance, risk management, security, and overall business value. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business and IT, driving the alignment of requirements, processes, and documentation to achieve a streamlined asset management system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead awareness efforts for requirements across in-scope teams
• Document current and future state processes, aligning with enhanced security, efficiency, and productivity goals
• Perform and communicate quality assurance throughout process creation and system development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements and ensure systems integration
• Provide key documentation for business processes and policies to support future Asset Management processes
• Support Project Management in aligning stakeholders on processes, requirements, and key deliverables
• Manage and document information for 650+ applications, ensuring operational alignment and maintaining system processes
• Conduct systems analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Foster relationships across teams, communicating effectively with all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis within an IT environment
• 5+ years of Asset Management experience
• Strong documentation skills for processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and self-manage timelines
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
