• Ecommerce Platform Experience: Strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems, including promotions, rewards, and incentive programs like SPIFF, especially in B2B settings.
• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Ability to effectively gather, document, and communicate business requirements, process flows, and user stories for migration projects.
• Data Migration Expertise: Experience in overseeing the migration of data, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and smooth transition from legacy platforms (360 Insights) to new systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in working with IT, ecommerce, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment across all functional areas during the migration process.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of the migration process.
• Testing & Validation: Expertise in creating and executing test cases for data validation, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Process Improvement & Optimization: Ability to analyze and improve existing SPIFF processes, ensuring the new platform enhances efficiency, dealer engagement, and performance tracking.
