We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Assessment and Oversight Division. In this role, you will collaborate with our team and the Managing Director to conduct site visits, review project documents, and report on project status and funding requests to our clients. You will serve as a full-time support to the Director, interacting frequently with clients, developers, and general contractors to ensure the highest level of service and client satisfaction.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Assessment and Oversight Division. You will serve as a full-time support to the Director, interacting frequently with clients, developers, and general contractors to ensure the highest level of service and client satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
Project Assessments:
- Meet with the project team to understand the project’s history and current status.
- Evaluate the developer’s project team and their suitability for the proposed project.
- Review and analyze project budgets, cost estimates, schedules, environmental reports, and project drawings.
- Prepare comprehensive reports outlining all findings.
- Review and monitor the general contractor’s schedule, manpower logs, RFI logs, and procurement logs.
- Evaluate change orders and proposals for their impact on budget, schedule, and project quality.
- Review borrower’s disbursement requests and compare contractor’s payment applications against actual work progress.
- Conduct monthly site surveys (travel required) and prepare a “Monthly Project Overview Report” summarizing all findings.
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or Construction Management is required.
- 5 - 10 years of previous construction experience, preferably with residential, hospitality, hotel, or high-rise projects.
- A graduate degree or project management certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.
- Strong writing and typing skills, computer literacy, and proficiency in multiple applications including MS Office365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Project, cloud-based file-sharing platforms (e.g., Box, Egnyte, SharePoint), construction management apps (e.g., Procore, BuilderTrend), and general internet usage.
