Responsibility:

· Responsible for the overall management of investment projects, including the formulation of post-investment valuation model, supervision and implementation of investment agreement terms, tracking analysis and evaluation of investment projects, regular issuance of project reports and return metrics calculations.

· Responsible for compiling quarterly/annual reports related to investments, and regularly prepare information disclosure content for fund investors.

· Support accounting and fund administrators in the preparation of capital account statements and financial statements relating to investments.

· Responsible for exit calculation and waterfall calculation.

· Responsible for post-investment management of investment projects, timely understanding of the latest situation of the invested companies, regularly collecting and analyzing the financial and business data, and putting forward suggestions on risk prevention.

· Maintain daily communication with the investment teams, timely grasp the latest investment update.

· Arrange post-investment management meetings regularly, perform follow-ups procedures following the meeting.

· Responsible for quarterly valuation of the invested companies and liaise with Auditor as well as Investment teams.

Requirement:

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required (e.g., Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance)

· Public accounting, fund accounting and investment valuation skills are highly preferred.

· Chinese speaking and writing capability are strongly preferred.

· Certifications such as CPA, CFA, MBA are preferred but not required.

· Strong analytical track record, both qualitative and quantitative.

· Good written and oral communication skills (including presentations).

· Strong knowledge of alternative investing techniques and capital markets.

· Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

· Ability to identify and describe key risk exposures and portfolio characteristics.

· Skills for innovation and a high tolerance for change, complexity and unpredictability.

· The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in an asset management organization or 2+ years of fund auditing or valuation experience, though exceptional candidates who can demonstrate the necessary skills may also be considered.
