Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed by Motion System Drives (MOSD) Production Assembly team located in New Berlin, WI. \n\nThe work model for the role is: #LI - Onsite\n\nThis role is contributing to the Motion System Drives division in New Berlin, WI area.\n\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\n \tTranslate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule while successfully achieving predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of master plan accuracy.\n \tManage load levelling, bottleneck scheduling and utilize theory of constraints (TOC) for more accurate scheduling. Analyze production floor status through input/output control reporting.\n \tCollaborate cross functionally with customer service to provide appropriate delivery dates, and material planners to convert the Supply Plan into a master production schedule.\n \tMaintains planning parameters in ERP and planning systems utilizing best practice sharing of inputs across the global organization.\n\nOur team dynamics\nYou will join a dynamic, talented, and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience.
  • Progressive experience with scheduling within SAP (preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-cultural and international environment with standard operating procedures.
  • Proactivity, teamwork skills, continuous improvement mindset, result orientation and ability to work under pressure.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
