  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • The Cloud Capacity Planning and Analytics team at ServiceNow is an innovative, customer-focused group responsible for capacity demand planning, forecasting, cost measurement, reporting, and analysis for ServiceNow's top-tier infrastructure.
  • You will play a crucial role in developing a proof of concept (POC) that runs parallel to existing models, applying AI forecasting to long-range infrastructure planning.
  • Your work will focus on integrating advanced AI to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • The POC will serve as a guide for full-scale implementation and platform integration.

Skills:

In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience with a master's in computer science or data analytics, or a PhD with 3 years of related experience.
  • Expertise in statistical regression, Bayesian forecasting, econometrics, and causal analytics.
  • Proficient in Java/Python, object-oriented programming, algorithms, and design patterns. Skilled in MySQL, Big Data, Hive-Hadoop, Scala, PyTorch, Spark, TensorFlow, and data modeling.
  • Experienced in developing high-performance products and AI/ML techniques.
  • Proficient in unit testing, profiling, and code tuning.
  • Effective communicator with experience in ServiceNow architecture and data visualization tools.
