We rapidly expand and seek a dynamic and results-oriented Partnership Outreach Manager to help grow our brand by driving strategic collaborations and partnerships. This role is critical to building relationships and extending our brand's reach through co-branded campaigns, cross-promotions, and content collaborations with like-minded businesses, influencers, and organizations.

Position Overview:

The Partnership Outreach Manager will spearhead the growth of our partnership program by identifying, researching, and contacting prospective brand partners, influencers, and organizations. This individual will develop an effective outreach strategy, manage the initial engagement process, qualify leads, and work collaboratively with the Partnership Manager to nurture high-value relationships.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, goal-oriented professional with a proven ability to generate new business relationships and hit measurable performance goals. You will be expected to demonstrate creativity in outreach, persistence in follow-up, and a data-driven approach to improving response rates and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner Identification & Research:

- Conduct market research to identify potential partners in the health, wellness, fitness, and related industries.

- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upfluence, and Apollo.io to build a pipeline of high-potential partners.

- Track and maintain all prospects in a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) with complete contact details and outreach history.

2. Outreach Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other professional networks to initiate contact and drive interest in partnership opportunities.

- Craft compelling, customized messaging for each outreach, leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT or Lavender** to tailor communication to each prospect.

- Set up automated follow-up sequences using tools like Mailshake or Mixmax to ensure consistent outreach.

3. Lead Qualification:

- Qualify prospects based on their alignment with 310 Nutrition's goals, audience fit, and interest level in collaboration.

- Collaborate closely with the **Partnership Manager** to transition warm leads and ensure a smooth handoff.

4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

- Work with the marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure outreach messaging is aligned with company objectives.

- Provide insights to the team on messaging and strategy and lead engagement to continuously refine the outreach process.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

- Use the **CRM system** to track outreach efforts and document all interactions.

- Provide **weekly reports** on outreach performance, lead generation, and success rates to senior management.

- Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on performance data and feedback.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

We are seeking a candidate with a results-driven approach. The following KPIs will be used to evaluate performance:

- Generate a minimum of 25 new partnership leads per month.

- Maintain a response rate of at least 15% for outreach emails and LinkedIn messages.

- Qualify and hand over 10-15 qualified leads monthly to the Partnership Manager.

- Achieve a conversion rate of at least 20% from initial outreach to qualified leads.

- Improve outreach effectiveness with A/B testing and data-driven insights, which will lead to increased engagement within the first six months.

- Produce at least as much as your base salary in review in the first three months.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnership outreach, or sales outreach, ideally within the health & wellness, fitness, or e-commerce sectors.

- Proven ability to generate new business relationships and manage an outreach pipeline.

- Experience with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upfluence, or Apollo.io.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting personalized outreach messages.

- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage partner pipelines and performance reports.

- Strong research and organizational skills, with an eye for identifying high-value partners.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Compensation:

- Base Salary: The first $8500 monthly in net revenue will be paid 100% commission as your base salary. You will have 90 days to meet this minimum net revenue requirement.

- Performance-Based Bonus: Bonus based on revenue generated through partnerships. The candidate will receive a bonus of 5% of the revenue generated after the base salary revenue match through successfully initiated partnerships that convert into active collaborations. By month 3, you must produce at least $20,000 in revenue. $20,000 a month in revenue needs to be easy. This revenue is essential to cover your base salary and get a bonus. You will be expected to grow your revenue by at least 10% each quarter. Ideally, it is much faster for everyone's sake. You will have clear SOPs, tools, and a team to support you.
