About The Role

The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing demand generation strategies. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on campaign execution, lead generation, and collaboration with sales teams. You will be responsible for creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns that target specific audiences, nurture leads, and ultimately drive pipeline growth. This is a strategic role that requires both creative thinking and data-driven execution.

What you'll do as a Demand Generation Marketing Manager

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement demand generation strategies that target key segments to drive qualified leads and grow the sales pipeline. Coordinate campaign planning, manage timelines, and ensure seamless execution to drive measurable results across multiple channels, including email, paid media, SEO, webinars and events.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with content and design teams to develop campaign messaging, landing pages, ads, emails, and other assets required to execute programs effectively.
  • Performance Measurement: Define KPIs for demand generation campaigns. Track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, including ROI, lead quality, and pipeline impact. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, lead flow, and campaign impact on revenue.
  • Paid Media Management: Plan and manage paid media efforts, including SEM, social media advertising, and retargeting, to drive traffic and leads. Define budgets, segmentation and creative development. Ensure programs are driving ROI.
  • Website/SEO: Collaborate with the marketing operations team on SEO initiatives and website performance optimization. Work closely with the design team to develop and execute A/B test to drive conversion optimization.
  • Own the Lead Lifecycle: Work closely with Marketing Operations and the BDR team to forecast and monitor lead performance. Design lead generation strategies and sales handoff processes, working closely with sales to ensure we're optimizing for lead-to-opportunity conversion
  • Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends, new technologies, and demand generation best practices to continuously improve program performance.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-6 years experience in B2B demand generation marketing and working closely with sales organizations
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving measurable outcomes and achieving business objectives.
  • Can independently lead and manage projects on tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
