The American Bazaar, an Indian American digital business news platform, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to head our events team. This role is perfect for a fresher or someone with one to two years of experience who is looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the planning, organization, and execution of over a dozen events annually.
· Drive ticket sales and sponsorship engagements through effective marketing and relationship management.
· Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics.
· Manage budgets, schedules, and staff requirements for each event.
· Ensure all events meet high standards of quality and reflect the brand's values and objectives.
Requirements:
· 0-2 years of experience in event management or a related field.
· Exceptional organizational and managerial skills to handle event planning and execution.
· Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet targets.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
· A proactive approach and a keen eye for detail.
· Must be thoroughly familiar with the US market.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
· Experience in hosting events, media, or the entertainment industry.
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
