  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Amanda Uprichard is a NYC based Contemporary women's clothing brand. We are sold nationally and are also on ecommerce sites such as Revolve, Shopbop, Saks and Nordstroms. We are looking for a Senior Designer to help us expand our product categories. This is a very tech pack focused position. We are located in the NYC Garment Center.

Reports to: Head of Design

Qualifications

-4-5 year’s experience in women's woven garments, specifically silk, and including knits.

-Strong fashion sense, and understanding of the contemporary market, and trends.

-Must be highly skilled at creating detailed and accurate overseas tech packs.

-Strong flat sketching ability.

-Understanding of construction, materials, fit, and how they work together.

-Clear communicator.

-Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.

-Working knowledge of excel, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft office.

-Must be able to follow the entire product cycle from ideation, design, techpack, first sample and SMS sample.

-Must be able to communicate with overseas factories.

-Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
