Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, and analytics.Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively with various teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including
CRM
systems, analytics platforms, and design software.Exemplifies Marketing team virtues: Creative, Courageous, Relentless, Strategic and Partnership.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A love for and understanding of the Colleges mission.Sound judgment.

- Partner with the marketing and admissions teams to understand their needs and align marketing efforts with recruitment goals.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital platforms and print media.
- Track the success of marketing campaigns and tactics, analyze trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to guide strategic planning.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality and impactful marketing assets.
- Coordinate with other departments and external agencies as needed to support marketing initiatives.
